Beth Machnica is a compassionate and innovative RDN who combines her public health experience, academic background, and one-on-one nutrition expertise to provide exceptional care to her patients. She is dedicated to helping patients, from cardiometabolic diseases to PCOS and other chronic conditions, achieve their health goals within their social settings. With over eight years of experience, and her own personal experience managing and reversing her own diease, Beth has a proven track record of creating supportive environments where individuals and communities can thrive.
Rooted in empathy and understanding that each person's journey is unique, Beth has successfully led programs that improve health outcomes by addressing the root causes of disease and promoting sustainable, healthy habits. In addition to her practice, she has directed large-scale health initiatives, working with diverse populations to create lasting changes in workplace wellness, food systems, and community health. As an adjunct professor with dual Master’s degrees in Clinical Nutrition and Public Health, she remains closely connected to the latest research, understanding the many environmental and behavioral factors essential for unlocking better health and well-being.
